Delebørn er en app, der hjælper forældre med at holde styr på samvær, aftaler og kalender for deres fælles børn. Denne privatlivspolitik forklarer, hvilke oplysninger vi indsamler, hvorfor, og hvordan du kan kontrollere dem.

Når du opretter en konto, gemmer vi din e-mail, adgangskode (krypteret), fornavn, efternavn, telefonnummer (valgfrit) og din rolle (mor/far).
De oplysninger du selv indtaster om et barn: navn, farve/tema, bopæl, samværsskema (hvilke dage barnet er hos hvem), skiftedag, ferieaftaler, særlige aftaler i fritekst, og en aktivitetslog over ændringer i aftalen. Disse oplysninger indtastes og styres udelukkende af forældre/værger — appen er ikke rettet mod og bruges ikke direkte af børn.
Vælger du at tilføje et billede af dit barn, gemmes billedet udelukkende lokalt på din egen enhed. Det uploades ikke til vores servere og deles ikke automatisk med den anden forælder.
Beder du om at synkronisere samværsplanen til din telefons kalender, får appen adgang til at oprette/opdatere begivenheder i den kalender du selv vælger. Denne adgang bruges kun til dette formål.
Bruges udelukkende hvis du selv aktivt vælger at tage eller uploade et billede af et barn (se ovenfor).
Har du ikke et Premium-abonnement, vises der annoncer i appen via Google AdMob. Til dette kan der indsamles en reklame-ID (Advertising ID/IDFA) og generelle enhedsoplysninger, så annoncerne kan måles og eventuelt personaliseres. På iOS beder vi altid om din tilladelse først (App Tracking Transparency). Du kan altid slå personaliserede annoncer fra i din telefons indstillinger.
Køber du et Premium-abonnement, håndteres selve betalingen 100 % af Google Play eller Apples App Store. Vi ser aldrig dine kortoplysninger — vi modtager kun en bekræftelse på, at abonnementet er aktivt.
Vi bruger tjenesten OneSignal til at sende push-notifikationer (fx når den anden forælder foreslår en ændring). Til dette knyttes en teknisk enheds-/bruger-identifikator til OneSignal — ikke dit navn eller din e-mail.
Delebørns kernefunktion er at dele en samværsaftale mellem to forældre. Knytter du en anden forælder til et barn (via invitationskode), kan begge parter se og foreslå ændringer til: barnets stamdata, samværsskema, ferieaftaler, særlige aftaler og aktivitetslog for det pågældende barn. Denne deling er en bevidst og nødvendig del af appens formål og sker kun med den/de forælder(e), du selv aktivt knytter til barnet.

Nogle af disse tjenester (bl.a. Google og OneSignal) kan overføre data til lande uden for EU/EØS, herunder USA. Sådanne overførsler sker på grundlag af EU-Kommissionens standardkontraktbestemmelser (SCC) eller tilsvarende godkendte overførselsgrundlag.
Vi sælger aldrig dine oplysninger til tredjepart.
Vi opbevarer dine oplysninger, så længe din konto er aktiv. Ønsker du at få slettet din konto og alle tilhørende data, kan du til enhver tid anmode om det på deleborn.dk/slet-konto — du behøver ikke at have appen installeret. Du kan også skrive til info@deleborn.dk. Vi bekræfter din identitet på den oplyste e-mailadresse, før vi sletter noget, og sletter dine oplysninger inden for 30 dage, medmindre vi er retligt forpligtet til at opbevare dem længere. På slettesiden kan du se præcis hvilke oplysninger der slettes — og hvad der ikke gemmes hos os i forvejen.
Generatoren på deleborn.dk/samvaersplan kræver ingen konto, og planen regnes ud i din browser. Trykker du »Del planen«, gemmer vi kun planens opsætning — ordning, startdato, skiftetidspunkt, de navne du har skrevet for forældrene og evt. barnets fornavn — så linket kan åbnes af den, du sender det til. Planen slettes automatisk, når linket ikke har været åbnet i 12 måneder. For at begrænse misbrug gemmer vi en envejs-hash af din IP-adresse i et døgn — ikke selve IP-adressen. Siden bruger ingen cookies.

Delebørn er en app til voksne (18+). Oplysninger om børn indtastes, kontrolleres og kan til enhver tid slettes af den forælder/værge, der har oprettet dem. Appen henvender sig ikke til og indsamler ikke oplysninger direkte fra børn.
Al kommunikation mellem appen og vores servere sker krypteret (HTTPS). Adgangskoder gemmes krypteret. Vi anvender rimelige tekniske og organisatoriske foranstaltninger for at beskytte dine oplysninger mod uautoriseret adgang, tab eller misbrug.
Vi kan opdatere denne privatlivspolitik løbende, fx ved nye funktioner. Væsentlige ændringer vil blive annonceret i appen. Datoen øverst på siden viser, hvornår politikken sidst blev opdateret.

Delebørn is an app that helps parents keep track of custody time, arrangements and the calendar for their shared children. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, why, and how you can control it.

When you create an account, we store your e-mail address, password (encrypted), first name, last name, phone number (optional) and your role (mother/father).
The information you enter yourself about a child: name, colour/theme, place of residence, custody schedule (which days the child is with whom), changeover day, holiday arrangements, special arrangements in free text, and an activity log of changes to the arrangement. This information is entered and controlled exclusively by parents/guardians — the app is not directed at children and is not used directly by them.
If you choose to add a photo of your child, the photo is stored solely on your own device. It is not uploaded to our servers and is not automatically shared with the other parent.
If you ask the app to sync the custody schedule to your phone's calendar, it is granted permission to create and update events in the calendar you select yourself. This access is used for that purpose only.
Used only if you actively choose to take or upload a photo of a child (see above).
If you do not have a Premium subscription, ads are shown in the app through Google AdMob. For this purpose an advertising ID (Advertising ID/IDFA) and general device information may be collected so that ads can be measured and, where applicable, personalised. On iOS we always ask for your permission first (App Tracking Transparency). You can turn personalised ads off at any time in your phone's settings.
If you buy a Premium subscription, the payment itself is handled entirely by Google Play or Apple's App Store. We never see your card details — we only receive confirmation that the subscription is active.
We use the OneSignal service to send push notifications (for example when the other parent proposes a change). For this purpose a technical device/user identifier is linked to OneSignal — not your name or your e-mail address.
The core function of Delebørn is to share a custody arrangement between two parents. If you link another parent to a child (via an invitation code), both parties can see and propose changes to that child's basic details, custody schedule, holiday arrangements, special arrangements and activity log. This sharing is a deliberate and necessary part of the app's purpose and takes place only with the parent(s) you actively link to the child yourself.

Some of these services (including Google and OneSignal) may transfer data to countries outside the EU/EEA, including the USA. Such transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or an equivalent approved transfer mechanism.
We never sell your information to third parties.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you want your account and all associated data deleted, you can request this at any time at deleborn.dk/slet-konto — you do not need to have the app installed. You can also write to info@deleborn.dk. We confirm your identity at the e-mail address you provide before deleting anything, and we delete your information within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it longer. The deletion page lists exactly what is deleted — and what we do not hold in the first place.
The generator at deleborn.dk/samvaersplan requires no account, and the schedule is calculated in your browser. If you tap “Del planen” (share the plan), we store only the plan’s settings — arrangement, start date, changeover time, the names you entered for the parents and, if given, the child’s first name — so the link can be opened by the person you send it to. The plan is deleted automatically when the link has not been opened for 12 months. To limit abuse, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for 24 hours — not the IP address itself. The page uses no cookies.

Delebørn is an app for adults (18+). Information about children is entered and controlled by the parent/guardian who created it, and can be deleted by them at any time. The app is not directed at children and does not collect information directly from children.
All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored encrypted. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example when new features are added. Significant changes will be announced in the app. The date at the top of the page shows when the policy was last updated.
